At the end of September, Plovdiv Youth Choir “oTEPETe”, part of Art Center “Alejandro”, took part in the masterclass “The Feldenkrais Method in Musical Performance”, led by Alan Fraser and organised by Ad Libitum Foundation in Sofia.

The method helped us explore the connection between the body, movement, breathing, and voice. Through gentle, mindful movements, we discovered how small changes in the way we use our bodies can help us feel freer and make music more naturally.

We also shared a concert with IRYS Choir, who took part in the course as well. At the end, we came together for a joint performance that brought plenty of smiles! ❤️

Being part of “oTEPETe” is about more than just singing. It is an opportunity to discover your voice and body, develop your musicality, learn to listen, and create beauty together with others. And, of course, it is about meeting people and sharing wonderful experiences along the way.
