Creative summer camp 2026

Our summer creative camp in Garmen has come to an end, but it has left us with inspiration, new discoveries, and unforgettable memories!

This year, we had the pleasure of welcoming our special guest, Angela Pulima, a director and theatre artist who travelled all the way from London to guide our choristers towards a different and deeper experience of music through the lens of acting.

What does it mean not just to sing the words, but to truly experience them?
How does a song become a story?
What can the body, gestures, and eyes express beyond words?
And how can stage presence transform the way an audience experiences music?

Over five days, from 19 to 23 August, we explored these questions together with Angela through practical workshops, creative experiments, and new challenges. We worked on stagecraft, expressiveness, the connection between lyrics and their emotional interpretation, as well as our ability to tell stories through music, connect with one another, and build our stage presence together.

Of course, the camp wasn’t all about acting challenges! There was also plenty of music, with rehearsals, learning new repertoire, and working on our upcoming creative projects. And in between our activities, we made time for well-deserved fun, lots of laughter, and refreshing moments by the pool and out in nature! After all, the best camp memories are made through this beautiful mix of creativity, friendship, and shared experiences.
