🥳We are absolutely thrilled to announce that in this year’s edition of EuroChoir, 4 out of the 5 selected Bulgarian singers are members of the Plovdiv Youth Choir “Otepeto”!
These talented singers are: Plamena Voinova, Sofia Nikolova, Evelina Staikova, and Georgi Filipov. All four are outstanding choristers who have been singing for as long as they can remember. They started their choral journeys in children’s choirs in their hometowns and have never stopped singing since. Their deep love and dedication to choral art inspired them to bravely apply and be selected for this prestigious event.

🇪🇺EuroChoir is organized every year in a different European country in cooperation with the European Choral Association and the host nation. The project aims to build a network of talented young singers from across Europe and beyond, offering them the chance to develop their vocal and ensemble skills.
The selected singers come together for two weeks to prepare a challenging choral repertoire under the direction of distinguished conductors, culminating in a series of public concerts.

🇧🇬This year, Bulgaria is the proud host of EuroChoir! The event will take place from July 4 to 17, bringing together 40 singers from 19 countries across Europe and the world. The session will be led by conductors Donka Miteva and Marco Amherd.

• Varna – July 12 at 20:00, Yunashki Salon, part of the International Music Festival “Varna Summer”
• Sozopol – July 13 at 21:00, at the Youth Art Festival “Solinaria”
• Sofia – July 16 at 19:00, Central Military Club, part of the “Sofia Music Weeks” International Festival
